Their maintenance people are horrible, but do get the jobs done. Nice people,but their building owners are another question.
They closed early when they were not supposed to be closed, so we couldn't pay rent that day and got a 50 $ late fee the next day we showed up at 4:07 p.m and they were not supposed to close till 4:30 p.m.
The worst . inpatient and very unprofessional. Never return calls. Show up unannounced. Only do the bare minimum. Cheap on maintenance and they don’t follow up or update their policies or procedures for rental properties.
This HOA company is unresponsive at its best irresponsible and negligent at its worst. The incompetence by personnel is astounding from an owners perspective you're unable to process payments through their online systems or speak with anyone to address concerns because the telephone system is always down. it's been 10 years of dismal service.
