Good communication
I had a good conversation with the owner and he shared that the 2011 Mercedes R350 BlueTEC, was being worked on at a repair shop due to a noise from the timing chain when starting. That kind of disclosure and dedication to the quality of his inventory is remarkable. I am just waiting to here if he is going to sell it or keep it for his wife due to the value to investment. I would have no issues dealing with IMP.
Although I didn't end up getting the vehicle (for reasons completely unrelated to the dealership), these guys were quick to respond and follow up, patient with questions, and really went above and beyond to help get me the best financing possible--even staying past closing. Highly recommend this dealer.

Very nice people. Laid back. Weren't pushy at all. They gave us a more than fair price on our trade in. We already had financing in place so it was a very smooth process. We were done in less than 3 hours. Overall it was a pleasant experience and when we are in the market for another vehicle we will call them.
Very friendly and fast service, but the prices are so good you need to act fast cause the cars don't last long!
