We were ready to purchase a vehicle, but the staff made it impossible. It was like they didn’t want to make a sale….or do anything for that matter. Go anywhere else

Had a check engine light on, auto zone checked it and found it to be a sensor International Mini said they had to do a full diagnostic taking 1-2 hours for $249 and then could tell me what was needed. Offered to shuttle me home so I didn’t have to wait in the showroom Didn’t here from them after 3 hours so I called, was told they would locate my technician to update me No response until 3:30 (started at 8:00) then got text saying the exact sensor which auto zone had said (for free) needed to be replaced, the onboard computer... read more
I came in with a flat run flat. It was quickly repaired. Staff was kind and explained all options.
I’ve had my MINI for a few months now before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure everything was perfect during my ownership.
