RecommendedHotel was very clean with excellent customer service. Great location. Short walk to the French quarter, restaurants, and public transportation. Will definitely stay here again.
First of all there's no housekeeper,and some of the rooms are not that big,it's ok.
Greater than or equal to 15 foot ceilings, my favorite feature. Big, beautiful bathtub, meant for soaking, Yes! Eric Buras was an amazing host! Everyone truly made my Dad and me, feel important and catered to. Excellent stay, during a difficult time, in our human history. Thank you for the hospitality! Warm Regards, Heather
Coffee would be good to have! Otherwise, everything was beautiful.
Very disappointed that I was charged an extra $200 for parking without knowing that was going to be a charge. Sure, I signed a piece of paper when I dropped off my car to valet but not once was it pointed out verbally that was going to be the case. They barely gave me the paper to even look at. “Sign here and here and you’re good to go”....nothing about you’re signing for charges. Total joke. I can honestly say you will never meet nicer people than the staff at International House. So warming and welcoming and really friendly. Hotel is amazing and rooms are great. Will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work guys.
