I spent 5 days at the IHH in New Orleans. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The most endearing part of the stay was the hospitality of the doorman, Mr. Johnny who took great care of me and my traveling colleagues. Thank you so much making our stay amazing.
Love this hotel the view from your room is amazing. A nice upscale place to stay & very elegant!!
Stayed here for my birthday this year and it was a very big let down. Some of my birthday purchases were accidentally thrown away by hotel staff and very, VERY little was done to accommodate that frustration. The room was also very dingy and not comfortable at all. The location is really nice - so a few stars for that. I would not stay here again.

Really neat hotel that uses a lot of candles for lighting in the lobby and bar areas. Very relaxed and laid back feel. Perfect for what we wanted. Quick UBER ride to the Smoothie King Center and Frenchman Street area. Just a couple of blocks from the busy French Quarter scene. Really amazing bar with fresh fruit and herb infused drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff.
