Went to buy a new 2017 Honda civic ext manual. They said they'd be getting some in so I put down a refundable $500 so I can get it when it comes in. Come to find out they were not getting any. Now I'm trying to get my refundable $500 back and I've been on hold for over two hours, called back twice and still haven't been told what's going on. I'm a first time buyer and have had the worst experience with buying a car.

Whatever you do, do not purchase a car from here. My boyfriend was sold a lemon (knowingly) from a sales representative named Jordan. He sold him the car completely knowing the transmission was shot, but marked on the sheet that the car was in perfect condition. The car broke down on the side of the highway. I purchased my Honda CRV NEW from Lakeland Toyota. When International Honda took over, I still received the same wonderful service until 12/19/16, when I needed a new battery. It is my understanding the LIFETIME Warranty I procured thru my purchase of the vehicle in 2012 from Lakeland includes everything but tires, windshield wipers, etc. The battery should have been covered. I did not expect to have to pay $100+ for a less-than-5 yr old battery replacement!
No one should ever go here. Honda is an amazing company but this owner and staff is ruining Hondas amazing reputation
