purchased a used vw jetta from this location. I hadn't even put on 4,000miles and had to replace breaks, and had 3 major engine malfunctions. total repairs equaled over $1,000. this business is SHADY. Willingly sold me a lemon, I'm in the process of speaking with an attorney and filing complaints with the BBB as well as consumer trade and protection agency. Do not trust this dealership.
Years ago, I had a headlight go out on my Honda Pilot while staying in Kohler. I stopped in to International Honda Sheboygan and the service department replaced it on the spot. Yesterday, while we were driving North on I-43 toward Green Bay, we had a massive sensor failure on our 2018 Honda CR-V near Port Washington, displaying a dozen or so error messages on the dash. I went there hoping on purchasing a used vehicle , a 2016 Honda crv-ex with 21,700 miles asking price$20,930 . I showed them another 2016 Honda crv-ex with 20,300 miles asking price$18,800. He then asked if they brought the price down to $18,800 if I would take it & I said yes. He then started to take down the information & said he will be right back , 15-20 minutes later came back & said they could not do it for $18,800 He said they could for $19,600. Went there last this last Saturday to BUY a used vehicle. I arrived one hour before close and found the vehicle I wanted to buy in the back. I was told it was available, and it had not had it's state inspection yet. The salesman told me to contact them Monday (today) So i called this morning about one hour after opening and the same saleman told me he'd call me back with details on the vehicle. they confirmed the recall notice i recieved and repair my car plus another small diagnosis that a different shoo had no clue how to handle.
Spend half the day deciding what car worked best for me, everyone was very patient and answered every question I had. Overall I had a great experience with everyone and everything. Thank you again, I love my new car!
