There was a mixup with a vehicle status as to whether or not it was available or sold. I accept their explanation but stuff like that should not happen. Questionable mods on vehicle I was interested in.

However cars are available for sale until a deposit is placed to secure it and we cannot hold a vehicle without a deposit as we explained several times. With buyers nationwide and multiple sales people, you never know when a car may be sold and there's nothing we can do about that. Had very good support from Mark at International European Motor Group (IEMG) up to the point where I wanted to get a car pre-buyers inspection from a local dealership for the make of the car I was interested in purchasing. Mark stated that having anyone other than the company that does the inspections of incoming vehicles to IEMG would not approved or allowed by his General Manager. We try hard to accommodate all requests from long distance buyers include face-time walk arounds, pre-purchase inspections, additional pictures etc, etc. Your request to have the car transported to a dealership outside our state over 3 hours away roundtrip was not possible. Bought an '07 RS4 through them. Flew in from Atlanta to see it (rare find). The car was as described and drove great. There was one thing needing fixed, but they had already fixed the main issues and worked with us on the price. Salesman Mark jumped through hoops to get the car shipped home in time for Father's Day. He was patient and responsive with all of my many questions. Great experience.
