the worse experience in my life has occurred in this store....not only the sales people lie...but they don't even know their own policy......look on the back of the receipt;.they do not go by the policy....everything is way overpriced and clients are handled like they are fools.. horribly high prices!! beware!
After watching I.D.C. ad's a couple of times, believing the fact that they guaranteed the highest prices for scrap gold, anywhere! WRONG!! Took my gold in and got an offer of $700.00 That really seemed off for the amount of gold I had, so I politely declined. Drove down the street a few blks. to a pawn shop, thinking they couldn't be any worse. Same EXACT bag of gold in hand, walked in and in 20 min. walked out w/ $1282.00 CASH not Ck. $582.00 difference !!! I for one will never take my business back to I.D.C. to buy or sell... read more

terrible experience
Excellant place to buy diamonds. No messing around with sales people that don't know about their product. The sales woman Dawn that helped me was very knowledgable and honest which is what sold me. I'll be back and deal with her again. Johnny Sekula
