Financing guy named Josh gave me a rate 2% higher than I was able to obtain on my own the same week. Purchased a certified BMW and the car was out of alignment. After 4,000 miles brought the car in and they are saying that it’s my fault. Will not buy another car from them. This is the second one and had issues with the first one too.
Took good care of my car and delivered on time
Zack happened to be at the same restaurant and I needed help with the coolant leak. Great BMW person.
