More communication within the IRS would be helpful
I called and made an appointment specifically telling what I needed help with, just to get down there, pay for parking, and to be treated like I was stupid by the front desk (Sharon Durham) and they constantly assumed that I wanted them to complete my tax forms for me. I'm guessing her supervisor (Hall) was standing next to her at the time I was asking for help, not for them to do it for me.
