Have officially been on hold now for an hour an 12 minutes ... Tried to handle all this last week and was told they were down until the 8th..called back and still unable to get the help I need.. I don't know many people who can take their entire lunch break to handle things that must be dealt with during between business hours yet at the end of the break you're still waiting... extremely frustrating.
