My good experience started since the first moment I made the call to make my appoitment .A very true friendly professional operator took my call and assisted me until the end of my call. I remember the operator employee's number , which it was 100506803.I hope somebody can read this review and tell this employee that he is doing a great job.

It would be nice to know if Kansas City, Missouri IRS location is open or closed again for COVID-19 deep cleaning. COMMUNICATION with the people would be awesome.
Fees and penalties should apply to you as well. You are not informing taxpayers of anything, just dead ending them!!! And this is NOT quality service!!! Get it together!!! We still need to live

RecommendedIf you have to go there make an appointment first but they will try to accommodate you if they can. What I didn’t like was there were 2 people ahead of me that the man asked why they were there than took them inside but when he got to me he only allowed my paperwork inside and I had to discuss my reason for being there in front of everyone waiting in the hall and his reason for not allowing me in was he didn’t want me to be wanded but neither of the 2 people in front of me when they went in didn’t get wanded
