After sitting on the phone for 32.35 minutes I got a rude representative that hung up in my face when I asked to speak with his manager because he had such a horrible attitude. After spending one hour, and thirty three minutes on the phone the man tells me he cannot see my tax return or the letter that they sent me. What a waste of my time.
I don't think anybody actually likes the IRS. Even the IRS.
