Not a patient (they weren't accepting new ones at the time) but I called in with a bunch questions and Nikki at the office and answered everything. She couldn't be more helpful and I wasn't even a patient, how nice.
I came to this office for a physical as a new patient in June (after waiting three months for my appointment). I sent them my insurance card at the time of scheduling as well as presented to them the day of, and was told I was in network both times. A month later, they called to tell me they made a mistake and I owe $2700 for a physical that should have been free. They so generously knocked it down to $1300. I don’t appreciate this foolishness.
I waited two months for a new patient exam here. The staff cancelled my appointment because I was out of network, which I already knew, and they didn't tell me until after I drove 30 min to the office. They wouldn't make any accommodations for the inconvenience. I’m so disgusted
