I have been with Dr. Lai Zayas more than 20 years. I will stay with her until she retires. She a Excelent Doctor. She goes out of her way to help her patient. She sits and explains thing to us in layman terms. I cant say enough about how good she is. I give her a 5 star.

Have been with this office for several years. Staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. They always try to accommodate you if you need service the same day. Not usually a long wait time to see doctor as they have two. Office is always clean and has plenty of room.
The purpose of my visit was to have my annual physical exam. Dr. Lai, reviewed the results of my laboratory tests and my colonoscopy that I had had a few months ago. After talking to me about the results that were favorable within the limits. Then she proceeded to examine me, asking me questions about how I felt recently. Dr. made my observation about my A1C, and recommended that my daily diet be taken care of. To keep my A1C low acceptable limits. the assistant never identified herself to me and the prescriptions have not been called in to the pharmacy either. all she wanted was for me to schedule a colonoscopy which am very reluctant to do
If ever in need of a professional doctor who listens to your needs or concerns you should call Dr. Lai Zayas. She is the best whom I trust completely with my health. She is so good, I travel 98 miles each way for my appts. which I have done for many years. Call her, you will be glad you did.
