I have been a patient of ers for over 30 years, excellent care, always listens and explains well. Very caring.
She’s quick at giving you negative answers, calls you names for caring for your loved ones and attacks you for wanting information regarding your loved ones progress and forgets to write her notes. Not caring at all.

Yes I recommend Dr. ZAYAS to my friends and family she is the best very caring she been my doctor for more than 30 years I lived in Pasadena Texas then moved to San Antonio Texas and I travel 4 hours just to come see my doctor she is very understanding but most of all she is caring and tells it the way it is

Dr. Zayas is very interested in the health of her patients and making sure they get the best treatment and care. She is up to date on the latest technology and medicines.
My whole family uses Dr Lai Zayas and have for many, many years! She is very professional and knowledgeable! We could not ask for a better physician to Care for our family!
