I love Dr. Lai-Zayas. She listens to my needs and health. Takes care of me. I hope I never have to switch to another doctor.
My visit is always good. The office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Dr. LaiZayas is my favorite doctor. She cares, she's incredibly skilled and I know by the care she gives is the best.
Dr. Lai-Zayas has been my families physician for over 25 years. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lai-Zayas is very thorough and knowledgeable and makes sure we are satisfied with our services and care. She goes above and beyond to care for my family, and for that I’m forever grateful. I have had the good fortune to be a patient of Dr. LaiZayas since 2015. She has always been available when I was ill, and she keeps up with my annual and semi-annual visits with care and consistency. She LISTENS. This is a great trait in a physician. I would highly recommend her, and I am grateful she is my doctor.
Having not been to a doctor in many years, I was delighted to find this clinic and this doctor. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was warmly greeted outside the facility to be screened, then allowed inside the waiting area. I I was called into the exam room very soon after. The nurse was very friendly and relaxed, asking me various questions. Then Dr Lai Zayas came in right on time. The exam took place, we chatted and I was released with 4 referrals for issues requiring specialists. Overall, I'm so happy with my experience.
Always feel that I am in good hands. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Dr. Lai Zayas has been my doctor for a few years now and I think she is amazing! She is very attentive,caring and listens to all concerns I have! Her NP, Quetzalli Zavala is also wonderful and very thorough! Her staff is great from the front desk girls to the nurses! I would strongly recommend Dr. Lai Zayas to anyone looking for a great doctor!
