Just an awful experience. Long wait times, and the blood draw nurse did the worst job and left me with bruising for 3 weeks.
Doctor was 45 mins late, I had to reschedule my blood work for another day bc they were late, and they only offered 30 mins parking validation so I ended up paying $15 in parking. Not a great experience.
I had high expectations of Cedars based on its reputation, but unfortunately my appointment on 8/14/25 was mishandled. Despite arriving on time, I was informed there were five patients ahead of me, which indicated overbooking or poor scheduling. This caused me to leave without being seen and wasted my time. I hope Cedars takes steps to prevent this from happening to other patients. There was no updates in delay from the MAs I had to walk out to the hallway to get their attention. My family member had a terrible experience with the front desk team, and while they have the grace to turn the other cheek, I do not. I have no idea how this business operates with such a poor level of customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made an already stressful situation even worse. Took off work, rearranged my schedule for the day, FASTED and had just left to head to my appointment when I get a TEXT (that looked like a scam) saying my appointment had to be canceled less than 30min before my appointment time.
