Drs are a joke cant decide or keep the same answer. One thinks its this other thinks its this. Well guess whats up. Im pullin my kid out before u seriously fuck her up. Oh and get drs that can speak english. Bullshit cant understand a word they say.. ill be callin tommorow to have you transfer ur so called medical records to my daughter new pediatrician
Pulled my kids from this office today. We were 7 minutes late for our appt and was told we couldn't been seen. I find this "new policy" they have to be ridiculous! I had to leave work early, get a sitter for my older kids and drive from altoona to be turned away. Your staff needs some better customer service! Maybe if the receptionist was at LEAST polite about it I wouldn't be so upset. We have found a new pediatrician. This was my last straw with this office.
