I don't like IHC facilities because I do not have the best experience with them. However, I had an urgent healthcare matter and they were the closest available. I called this facility beforehand to verify that they accepted my insurance and that they were able to test for the ailment in question. I can’t find the names of the MA, RN, or NP that assisted me yesterday, but they as well as Dr. Hartman were absolutely phenomenal. I came to the clinic after an allergic reaction that led to anaphylaxis, and they were very calming and attentive to everything. Amazing medical care, it also felt like they personally cared about me as an individual, and I was seen quickly and taken quickly to the emergency room nearby as directed by their expertise. I have been coming here over the years and its always been good! But I came in this last Monday I had a serious infection under my forearm they have gone above and beyond to help not just by taking care of the problem but with advice on what to do they have followed up with me 4 days in a row now because of the nature of the infection.
