You get zero stars. Don't force me to choose 1 star. I cannot get through your automated phone system, I do not want to select a doctor to ask a simple question. I want a receptionist who can tell me what the procedure is to replace a malfunctioning bi-pap machine. Please add this option to your phone que. And I dislike immensely being hung up on! You need the timeout function to que a receptionist.
