Scheduling is extremely frustrating. My son has a serious bulging disk and needs medical care. After he showed up for his appt last week, and sat in the waiting room for quite some time, he was sent home because someone had come in with bed bugs. He was rescheduled for today (Tuesday), several days later. Dr. Francom is AMAZING! HE IS FUNNY, THOROUGH, AND PATIENT. The only problem I have is with the people answering the phones for appointments etc..Nine out of ten times they can't find the referrals or can't answer your questions. Then, you're on hold FOREVER!
