The front desk person and the woman who took my blood were so kind. I've fainted a few times in the past so, kind faces and a calm environment are qualities I value for lab work. They also warmly welcomed my husband to come back too for support. The building itself was also clean and there were people who offered assistance finding the right place before us needing to even find someone to help.
