I have ordered my c pap replacement equipment twice.Now period I have gotten nothing.Nor was I told that I needed to see the Doctor and get a new prescription until to.Day. They used to get things to me right away.And they would let me know if I needed to do something. I ordered things about 2 months ago.And then two weeks ago , and nobody from their company let me know I needed to go see the doctor and get a new prescription. On top of the issues below, they recently gave me a mask and a cushion to try their there salesman said they wouldn't charge me for, but they went ahead and billed my insurance. Avoid this location like the plague. Have now sent my supplies to an outdated address for the third time despite me pleading with them to get address updated on my account. Cannot understand why this is so hard for them, and it's unacceptable. Just complete and utter incompetence. Told me they would send out another shipment after the one above, but,... read more
