My friends and family have begun filing formal complaints with the State of Nevada due to ongoing issues. Although this provider accepts state insurance, they do not schedule timely appointments for necessary medication refills, placing patients at risk by forcing interruptions in critical prescriptions. No one was getting called to registered. The registrars are on there personal phones behind their computers. This place says one hour wait and no one is here.

I've had an excellent experience coming here a couple of times a month for the last year or so (chronic issues). Dr. Healy is very capable and very personable, and I'm very glad to have him around. He takes great notes and remembers our discussions from visit to visit. Sometimes the waits are a little longer than I'd like them to be, but that's a supply/demand issue; there's too many patients for too few clinics.

MIYA J. WAS HER NAME!! KP TOOK OFF RUNNING WHEN HE SAW THE BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINE!! MIYA CAME Around the corner, holding his hand, I’m walking him into the room as he said and allowed her to do everything he’s been through like 30 of these nurses and she was the first one between two states, and that many nurses to assist that worked with him perfectly for For his temperature, his blood pressure in his weight Thank you Miya J

I was seen by Dr. James Mitchell in the family clinic for an annual check-up. I was seen on time for my scheduled appointment with no waiting, and Dr. Mitchell did a great job. He was thorough, listened and communicated well, answering all of my questions, and he had some great insights. His medical assistant Gabby also was very helpful. My experience at the family clinic was great.
