I am so bummed to have to leave this review because I actually like the doctors themselves. But almost every time we have an appointment the time gets changed on me without them calling and confirming first. I am very careful about putting events in my calendar. I check and double check that I got the time right. Then the day before when I get the reminder text it is almost always a different time. Waited an hour on Saturday after checking in on the computer for a lab. The woman at the desk called my name and said sorry I didn’t catch you we don’t do labs here on Saturday. It’s not on the website. A sticky note on checkin, sign on the door, or an announcement seems like an obvious solution. Ps….I wasn’t the only one.

We’ve been going to Sunset clinic Peds for over a year now and I have always had wonderful experiences. EXCEPT for this morning. My son and I walked up to the front desk to check in, we were the only people in line. Two receptionists were looking at something on one of their computers. I stood there for a couple minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by either receptionist. The phone rang and one of them stepped away and still no one spoke to me.
