Best doctors and staff around. They take excellent care of you.
If I could give this urgent care zero stars I would. I came in sat for an hour and was not notified once that the wait time was going to be over 2 hours. Very horrible experience! I had to go to the receptionist to ask how long it would take and it was still a 30 minute wait.
I went to Intermountain Healthcare on 10/25 because of a extreme cough. Front Desk receptionist Priscilla was very polite had me fill out paperwork took drivers license and insurance card then called back by Leticia, Nurse who took my vitals and told her drainage in throat and cough. then May, Nurse came in to swab nose for flu/covid and no fever. Then Dr. Perlot came in checked my nose throat and lungs and said I had issue with Nasal Sinus and suggested DexAmethasone injection to help with nasal sinus and allergic rhinitis.... read more
In my opinion this place is better than most urgent care locations. The hours are convenient and the clinic isn’t usually crowded when I go. It feels like they listen and genuinely care. I can’t say the same for other urgent care centers I’ve visited.
