My family and I have always had wonderful care here. Everybody is so kind and caring. The phlebotomist, Kim, is truly on another level. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so incredibly good at her job!
Way to go Wendy. You sent your notice out over a month AFTER you left the practice. You said that Westend will continue to provide excellent care. You failed to mention that I will have to PAY for another appointment to establish care with another provider there. You knowingly had me sign a contract for ADHD medications knowing that I would have to go through this AGAIN a month later even though I told you that the excessive appointments are adding up and it’s becoming financially difficult because I have private insurance.
Very satisfied with my experience. No waiting and everyone was very caring and wanting to help with good suggestions.
Dr. Teerink was wonderful, he listened to my complaints and took me seriously. He was also incredibly warm and kind, I look forward to seeing him again!
