Very disappointed. I drove an hour and a half for my appointment, I was 11 minutes late due to muddy roads. I thought I gave myself enough time but apparently not,therefore my appointment was canceled. I understand needing to keep a schedule, however I have sat in a room waiting for the Dr for 45 minutes or longer. Apparently my time is less important than theirs. Thanks Intermountain for making me drive 3 hours just to get gas.
The check in staff were friendly and accommodating. As usual Dr. Teernyk and his nurse were outstanding.
Really like my Dr. Teerink. The registration folks are kind and always have a smile. Dr. Gave me new things to try. I have been feeling great. Between my 2 major doctors, I'm doing a lot better emotionally and physically.
Great experience from a medical appointment. All staff quite welcoming.
