I had a similar bad experience with Dr. moon as a previous reviewer. I scheduled my appointment to establish care and I have been going back and forth with medical billing to have my visit coded correctly. It has been 3 months and several phone calls with zero success. Seems like we are tasked to do the back end work for Intermountain Health.
Dr. McIff is fabulous! He’s kind, personable, and knowledgeable! I truly appreciate his approach and how much he values me and my health! And he has great humor!
I was 10 minutes late because my endocrinologist moved to this location and I was unfamiliar how to navigate here. They rudely canceled my appointment. Not going back here again.
