3 stars are primarily bc staff is friendly and the drs are fairly knowledgeable. The larger issues all have to do with communication and documentation. As a single parent and caregiver to young adult children with multiple medical issues etc I have to arrange things for appts. This especially includes sleep studies. One of mine has major sleep issues and was a patient of Dr Watkins. None of the meds worked . We were told a sleep study was next and never heard back. Turns out the dr no longer worked there. The doctors and staff are friendly and very helpful. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend this facility.
Always a great visit..never rushed
Terrible service with the sleep study schedulers. They give you the runaround and make excuses for dropping the ball. They are known to last minute cancel appointments without any notice or consideration to the patients who travel out of town or had to arrange their work schedule or sitters. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.
Quin was amazing. Took lots of time explaining things I didn’t know.
