Got there 30 min before they closed with a 1 year old with a 100 degree fever and they wouldn’t see him. They’d “filled their time slots for the day” we were the only ones there. Carey Debble or something was the one running the show. This place is an absolute joke. How can you turn down a fevered baby with nobody to else in the building?

I just went in to the walk-in, the lady at the desk was lovely and the nurse who took me back was also so kind. Tell me why the doctor comes in and I start telling him my symptoms and what not. TELL ME WHY the doctor (Thomas Bates) starts saying “I don’t understand what you’re saying” and “ I don’t get it) making me feel Very uncomfortable Then when my fiancée enters the room the doctor says “ sorry give me just a minute” and proceeds to talk to my fiance about what he has and totally ignores me for pretty much whole visit. ... read more

ADAM M ZELKA diagnosed me with mono without a test and assured me I would be fine. A few days later I ended up in the emergency room. Negative for Mono.

Was given no note for work restrictions because I got an xray with my pcp on the Monday after my Friday visit rather than going to Billings ER on Friday (which I can't afford anyway). I also live five hours away and left Billings Sunday. I was told I needed to follow up with my pcp in chart notes. Calling now to see why I have not been mailed a bill. Loved the way the staff would message me through portal to argue with me ... read more

WORST VISIT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. CRYTSAL WAS BEYOND RUDE AND REFUSED AN ANTIBIOTIC PRESCRIPTION BUT GAVE ME STEROIDS. I DID STOP BREATHING IN MY SLEEP AFTER MY VISIT THERE. THE DAVID WHO PICKED ME UP FROM THE HOSPITAL ATRIUM WASN'T VERY HAPPY HIMSELF AS ANTIBIOTICS WERE NECESSARY WHERE I WAS STAYING. I AM NOW ON KEFLEX AND BACK HOME. THANK YOU CRYSTAL FOR THE VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT INTERMOUNTAIN. JACLYN SHREINER IN LAUREL COVERED IT PERFECTLY. PER USUAL.
