Our insurance changed so I had to establish care with a new provider. The appointment line set me up with Dr. Fritsch. I was told she was a resident. Which I was fine with, because my care was pretty straightforward. I met with her to continue care for my ADHD medicine that I’ve been on for a few years without issue, along with a few other managed medical issues. I had a 10:30 scheduled appointment. I got here at 10:30. Still here at 11:47 and have barely seen the nurse. Doctor came in and said “what is your name? I don’t have you on my list.” Yeah, thanks for the confidence guys. I’ll find somewhere else.
Always enjoy my visits. The staff and attending physicians always make my visits fun
They are always wonderful to interact with and great to work with. Sydney Schmidt, MD is the best choice at this residency, she listens and gives generous time and attention to your needs.
Always take good care of me , when I have a problem I just tell them they have a good response every thing I say . God bless this place
