Minus infinity stars. They make a wait for a friend in the ER worse than a stint in jail. They actually run it like a jail and in this case I wad criminalized, humiliated, disrespected, gaslighted and mentally abused for simply trying to be a good friend and take care of an er patients dog. Just had surgery here. After waking up from anesthesia and into that first night was rough. I was in a lot of pain and I don't think I was a very easy patient. They did give me pain meds to help me feel better, but it wasn't touching the pain from the trapped air they had to pump in my body to be able to see better for the surgery. I just wanted gas-x or something to help get rid of that painful trapped air. I rate this a 3 only because when going into my ultrasound to check the heart on my baby, the tech was pushing really rough and I’m a person who tolerates pain but she over hurt my stomach, that after my appointment the pain persisted the rest of the day. Other than that the cleanliness throughout the hospital is good and my appointment was on time.
