They let uninvited Mormon religious officials into ICU rooms without checking with patients or families to see if it is wanted or not. Complete strangers with no medical training barging into ICU rooms with critically ill people. On what planet is this acceptable? I would leave a less than one star if I were able. If you are any other religious affiliation than LDS/Mormon, AVOID this hospital.

Update: I cannot stress enough how frustrating intermountain health has been to work with for billing. AGAIN I’ve had to call and provide our insurance information (which is the same as every single other time I’ve called) and billing services have failed to take note of the information and apply it to our services. I have lost count of how many times I’ve had to do this and I am shocked at the disorganization and lack of communication billing provides. I went to the ER on September 09/22/2025, I had some pain behind my ear close to where we have occipital arteries. Since it wasn't going away with Tylenol and Ibuprofen I decided to stop by the ER at LDS hospital up in the AVS. They were not super busy. I was the only person in the waiting room and only 2 other people being seen in the ER rooms. I saw an ER nurse or MA first , she took vitals and I told her my symptoms. Next came the doctor.
