Great service from the staff when I came in 3 years ago. Less so from the billing department that I have been fighting since then. Somehow still getting bills for a device that was paid off two years ago and for equipment that was never in my possession. I’ve had to call every 2-3 months to fight charges since 2024 and have different answers from them each time ranging from “The charges we sent you a bill for aren’t on your account at all” to “We’ll connect you to a manager” followed by a 30 minute wait and no one picking ba... read more
We are in need of power wheel chair and renewing of bipap supplies. We keep getting put on hold and transferred to a voicemail after leaving 3 weeks of messages every few days we give up looking elsewhere beware keeping people's medical needs is not a priority for this company. This location only
