I went into the Provo IHC HME outlet and had the most outstanding service ever at one of their stores. The woman at the counter who served me, Megan, was exceptional. She was quick to help me, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way with helpful suggestions that will save me time and money in the future. This has rarely been my counter experience at HME so I was both surprised and delighted with Megan and the extraordinary service she provided. I'll be asking for her the next time!
I’ve been getting my medical equipment (CPAP) from them since 2012 and haven’t had a problem until recently. Maybe a change in leadership happened, I don’t know. My prescription expired. Never happened before, but I got a new CPAP a couple of years ago and the doctor didn’t write the prescription for 99 months. No big deal but they didn’t tell me, just stopped shipping supplies after 10 plus years of shipping them. Not a ton of options for braces/wheelchairs and the employees weren’t knowledgeable about the ones they did have. I like IOC in Orem far better
