I am amazing at the segregated disjointed disorganization of Intermountain Home Health and Hospice! I have tried in the past to use their automated CPAP supplies reorder system. It was never fully operational to simply reorder the supplies. Many challenging details. So I tried to go in person every 3 months instead. Pharmacy refuses to call my doctors office to renew orders. Every year it’s like reinventing the wheel with IHC Home Care to get orders renewed. Edit: I appreciate their efforts as of late that they are hearing my concerns and doing what is necessary to make the process better.

I used ihc hospice for my husband. The first nurse that got me set up Amber was her name was amazing so was the aide Karson but the rest of them could not get their act together. I called and complained about Margaret the nurse who came unannounced after I told them to call first, she had the audacity to call me at home and confront me about my complaint. So unprofessional. Will never use them again.

The office is such a chaotic mess. I saw two different providers and I was prescribed something from both of them and I have yet to receive what I need weeks later. I've had to become the liaison between Dr's offices to verify fax numbers (shouldn't they already have the fax numbers of other offices that they interact with regularly?), be the liaison between the Dr's office and the insurance company so that the Dr's office would finally start the pre-authorization paperwork for medication I need, despite already being notifi... read more

Emily, our occupational therapist, was so professional and helpful. She solved some issues we had in our home to help my husband become more safe and independent and she gave us so much great information. She went above and beyond each visit. She was a delight!
