staff is terrific, it's the new president of Good Sam's that is running this place into the ground. I also reached out about volunteering and the lady (Judy or Jodie) was extremely rude. How are people like this working in this industry? SCL Health should really think about who they hire.
Very disappointed in the way their communication has been. We are not able to go in and see my mom because of this virus problem, so we rely on them calling us on any changes. I hear nothing all day - then when I call the nurse she said I need to call you back...... I hear nothing. Day after day nothing. This is hard to deal with! My mom left in an ambulance and I have few answers. It's scary! Their communication needs to improve by the millions!
Saw the dr all of 5 sec to be told they didn't know what was wrong with me then released me. all this during an epidemic, where I as a person with a compromised immune system, was told I didn't qualify to be tested as I wasn't admitted or a health care provider. NEVER GOING BACK!

I was given misinformation about the billing from 2 different people there. to the point I was walking out thinking I paid in full, and i still had 2000 coming in for things i was told i paid for that day. its from 3 different billing places so no one can tell me what I've paid for already. friendly staff. but apparently doesn't know whats going on so I would not take my daughter here again.
checked in my son two days ago and was told that they would let'use know what the test results would be for the virus two days later we find out that they canceled his test because he has a sinus infection but he traveled out of country in January and lives with his 84 year old grandmother and still don't know anything because we can't be there with him to ask questions
