The staff was rude when I came in and the doctor treated me like I was incompetent. I would not waist your time here.
I just moved here from St. louis, been a Mercy patient my whole life. A month after moving to Utah I had to go to the ER here with my significant other for extreme pain he was in. The staff at the entrance was extremely and unnecessarily rude to us. Nobody in the waiting room at the time was having a life or death emergency, yet they took everyone else to rooms first and left us in the waiting room. RecommendedI had to take my little boy in for a pretty nasty gash to his big toe. The staff is always friendly and the care we have received has been wonderful. Thank you for helping us! Thank you also for takings my kiddos a drink of water while they waited.
