They present illness different than others. Riverton ER/Med Surg unit are always amazing with them. They make our residents and their families feel included and address all of our concerns. The Kaiser doctors here are dangerous. My loved one has nearly died twice in 2.5 weeks due to medical neglect. Six different doctors, six different views. Nobody compares notes. Nurses don’t get patient out of bed to use the bathroom because they don’t have time. Kaiser’s idea of home health care is pure negligence. Never, ever send an elderly person to this hospital.
You should probably train your call center not to cut someone off mid sentence and act annoyed that we even called. I used to work there. I get it. There are a lot of people out there who abuse the system. But some of us legitimately have problems and are just trying to navigate doing what’s best for our bodies and our increasing medical costs. We don’t need your attitude on top of everything else. If you can’t be bothered to show some compassion, let alone let me finish my sentence, you’re probably in the wrong profession.
RecommendedI love coming to this hospital more then any other. the doctors are super nice, staff and nurses are super nice and friendly. I live closer to the IHC hospital in Murray but I'd rather drive to this facility because they are much nicer and more understanding. I feel like this is my safe place if I ever need it.
