RecommendedMy stay was comfortable and I was very well cared for. My Dr and nurses were attentive, caring, and responsible about washing hands and avoiding potential problems. Great place for health care.
RecommendedMy father is there right now. I took him to the ER last Saturday and I didn't get him out of the truck and a staff member was right there to take over. From the ER staff to the staff on the 5th floor a round of applause to each and every one of you from the aids to the Dr's. Yall are splendid. He's been so well taken care of. Thank you so much for all your help. He's been a little bit of a hand full.
The rude, lazy, incompetent people in customer service should all lose their jobs. The man who answers their phone sounds like he could not be bothered. He does not even identify Good Samaritan or himself. Tina is especially rude and acts like she owns the entire hospital. I used to use this facility all the time, but since scheduling is impossible, I have gone elsewhere. Goodbye Tina, and good ridance.
RecommendedThe staff is amazing. I also attended chapel yesterday and Chaplain Bob came to the room to pray. Then today he and Volunteer Donna brought by the therapy dog!!!! Made our dreary day so special. All of our family has returned to Illinois and I stayed behind. this special visit made my day too

Having a problem with your DME provider. Current at home hospice patient not able to get the equipment required and requested by your physicians. This is very bad and very stressful for your patient and her family at this difficult time. You’re staff aren’t resolving this. I hope this post generates someone to reach out so this can get resolved, otherwise I will be seeking other avenues for resolution.
