The worst experience I have ever had at Lutheran hospital. Dr Flynn, his nurse and patient rep. Were rude and inconsiderate. I came there in pain and went home in pain. I will make a formal complaint to the hospital. I asked Dr Flynn to call my doctor. He in a rude response said I am the doctor here. He and his nurse talked down to me and my family. I had surgery that was understandably pushed back, things happen in hospitals that no one can control I get that. however after hour 3 of not updating my wife in the waiting room that I was yes still sitting in pre op. in fact the receptionist in the waiting room had gone home and left my wife there alone with zero update or even speaking a word to her. How dare you harass me when we have been paying our unnecessary medical bills on time every month per our arrangement. You should HAVE NEVER accepted our incoming ambulance yet you did then within 30 minutes said you cant help us and we would be transferred to a children's hospital. That transfer took 4 HOURS!! All while my son sat there in pain screaming and we accrued 15k worth of bills and a second ambulance bill. You should have NEVER EVER accepted that ambulance. Stop harassing me!
If I had the option of choosing another hospital I absolutely would. The staff and volunteers are ridiculously rude. The are snarky and absolutely in a rush and dont take time to get to listen to the problems the patient is having. they rush the patients in and out and treat you as a number not a human. they lack the compassion and common sense to ask if a patient also is under chemotherapy also. the quality of care her has severely gone down. most of the nurses also walk around with a god like mentality. RecommendedThey saved my great Grandson life. He had flu and strip, and into first week, living in the Area north with lots small clinics, and not established into a MD pediatrician, and going to there small clinic, his diagnoses was missed tell was so bad had be transported to SKC, and DKO. Developed Diabetics type 1, and very very critical situation. U saved my Great Grandson life. Only 7yrs Old.
Quite intimidating their Doctors. I know of a GREAT neurosurgeon that was chased out of St. George. Their risk management dept is horrible , I know Hand Specialist that botched the carpel tunnel & ulnar nerve surgery on my left hand & they sided with the Dr. I currently have my left pinky & ring fingers that are completely numb, my wrist & forearm are now in constant pain & can't use my hand in anyway with out pain.
