I don't know about the walk-in side but my doctor is on the family medicine side and they are great. They care about the patient and try to work with you as a team to address health issues. I couldn't be happier with the level of health care I receive.
Just got told this clinic was at its “max today”. I asked what that meant and the lady at the front desk stated that they aren’t taking any more patients today. I walked in while the “walk-in” clinic still had half an hour before closing. I had symptoms come on suddenly and needed to be seen. Doesn’t feel very good to go somewhere to get help and be turned away. Maybe change your hours if you aren’t going to honor them.
