Complete waste of time. They don't even have an x-ray machine. I paid for an appointment when I already had a virtual care doctor tell me I needed x-rays. And their "walk-in" clinic is on the second floor! I had to navigate there with a broken foot just for them to tell me to go to Touchstone for imaging. Really big, nice, clean facility that doesn't provide any value.
Why have a walk in clinic if you’re going to tell me you can’t see me when I walk in but you can schedule me at a different time to actually be seen. If I wanted to wait to be seen I would’ve scheduled an appointment I walked in to the WALK IN CLINIC to be seen at that moment for strep and the flu.
