Why have a walk in clinic if you’re going to tell me you can’t see me when I walk in but you can schedule me at a different time to actually be seen. If I wanted to wait to be seen I would’ve scheduled an appointment I walked in to the WALK IN CLINIC to be seen at that moment for strep and the flu.
It was the first time in my several decades of existence that a healthcare professional took me seriously. I actually got the help I needed and am feeling better.
