Prior to arriving there, my friend called and talked to someone there about where exactly they were located, their visitation policies and so on. My friend was informed that they could have visitors any time between 7am &10pm. I have nothing but positive things to say about this inpatient facility. From the registration desk, brief security check/nursing assistant helping me with storing my belongings, to the RN asking questions for triage/clinical social worker interview, and patient navigator and psychiatrist - everyone staffed at the BAC truly cares about the well-being of others. You can't even call them and get a straight answer where to go. Instead of transferring my call they asked me if I had a pencil and paper.
