I went in on Saturday just before they closed. The employees were incredibly helpful and offered to check my insurance unprompted. They saved me $30 buy doing so. Wonderful service
I have had nothing but stressful complicated experiences with this place. The store and the doctors need to learn to communicate better. Why can pharmacy's communicate with doctors and make alterations to a prescription and this place is unable to and th3 staff are unwilling to help in any way. They act annoyed with you. It is absurd that I had to drive 40 minutes to a doctors office to have a length of sock added to a prescription! Are you serious??
My husband's CPAP order was faxed over two weeks ago just for CPAP supplies. After calling twice, his order still had not been processed by the CPAP team. I then went to the store and they finally had the team process the order, only to be told they still needed more documents faxed from the doctor's office so we were still unable to get the supplies. Their service is very inefficient and slow.
