The customer service woman was very pleasant and helpful. She kindly explained the frequency for which I can replenish my CPAP supplies. Because of supply shortages thanks to the supply-chain debacle in 2022, I had to obtain my CPAP equipment on three separate dates. The receptionist took the time to help me identify when I was eligible to resupply again. They are always so friendly at the Provo IHC home care store. I receive my CPAP equipment orders either the same day or next day. This company is great!
Pascal delivered my new wheelchair on Monday 8/18/25. He spent time adjusting it to fit my needs. He was great!!!
I have been using CPAP and related supplies for 12 to 15 years and their customer reps have always been very helpful and prompt in response to both information and supplies. I have appreciated Intermountian’s help and service without exception throughout all of those years.
