I have been involved with the dayspring aftercare program since 2011. The interaction with the groups and staff have helped me stay sober while learning how to live life on lifes terms.Their program along with AA has shown me how to apply the 12 principles of AA into my daily life. It will remain an important of my recovery.

I have gone through treatment with Dayspring. I learned a lot of skills help me. The counselor (Dave) got to know each 'client' and helped each person and was able to personalize issues. But what helped me the most is the Aftercare program. There, the group discusses events in our sober lives, from family, work, cravings we may have, and legal issues. Even though I prefer not to talk, I learn so much from listening to the others. I really enjoy the Aftercare discussions.

I was struggling and Dayspring helped me get control of my life so I could pursue being happy and healthy. I chose Dayspring because of their flexibility and success record. I also like they offer an aftercare program.

Let me be as blunt as possible. Dayspring saved my life. No other way to go about it. I came into Dayspring an unwilling patient on the fast track to total destruction, and now I have the life skills to maintain control of my alcoholism and my life. As of 2018 I have 7 years of sobriety, and I give a lot of credit to that to the Dayspring program and their counsellors. AA alone wasn’t working for me, and it was Dayspring that brought everything into place. Dayspring got the foundation built, for the AA program to build upon.... read more

Really amazing program. The staff is really supportive and they actually understand alchoholism and addiction. It is worth looking into if you want to learn how to be sober and actually enjoy life staying sober.
