Horrible customer service. Gentleman behind the counter seemed put off when I stopped by. I asked him about a part I was looking for, and he was less than helpful (I think he simply didn't understand what I was asking for, but made little effort to communicate with me). I ended up going out with a parts-puller (who was friendly), and we found exactly what I needed on a vehicle that was in on the lift in their shop, in the process of being dismantled. Had to order a new window for my car. The customer service and pricing were great, and they shipped it quickly and very well packed. After dealing with another extremely uncooperative company, this was a welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a part for my Jeep. They had the part there the next day. I was not as expensive as anticipated, and they had really good customer service. I would recommend Intermountain Auto to anyone. I plan on going there again if I ever need another part.

It's fast, it's clean, it's reliable. Every time I've needed something, they either had the part or they knew where I could find it. They also have used vehicles, and they helped me get one that fit what I needed.
