I bought a dress on intermix online, I pay my order, days after waiting for my dress, I didn’t receive any notification so I decided to enter the website where it says my order was “cancelled”. No notification, no money back, and worst customer service. I used to be a client, but I was scammed, all people on social media are complaining the same. Be aware of this brand, DONT BUY HERE.
They closed at 6:55 right in front of us. we only needed a couple of minutes and they possibly missed a sale. Just to let the the store manager know
