Best massages ever! My husband loved his relaxing massage, and my deep tissue massage was incredible. We enjoyed the salt room, eucalyptus steam room, infrared sauna, and plunge pool before our massages.The spa is beautiful, professional, and very well organized. I would highly recommend! 10/10

I had a fantastic experience at Interlude yesterday. Great Staff My massage therapist was phenomenal. It was such a soothing peaceful time. It was just what I needed. Very much, a spiritual experience for me in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be booking again for a 90 minute massage or more.
Had such a great experience, it was my first facial in a very long time so I was a bit nervous but Christa Davis was very kind and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable nd the whole experience was so relaxin. My skin felt amazing afterward nd Im genuinely so glad I chose Interlude spa. Highly recommend
